We researched vacuums, and decided between the Sebo and Miele.
Drove an hour to Bens store because they had both on display to try. Our first impression was very positive. The showroom was well stocked and customer friendly. Ben ask the appropriate questions about our needs and helped us decide which vacuum and model to consider. This was one of the most pleasant and confident purchases weve made in recent memory. So important to support family owned and local businesses. This business is top notched and will be recommended highly to all friends and family.
Ben provided friendly and professional customer service and the process from introduction to delivery was great.
We love our new vacuum!

The absolute best! We spoke to Ben (who mans the store) and first, he guided us in the right direction with respect to purchasing a Sebo and second, was very prompt in setting up an appointment with his brother Tony to install a central vacuum
Tony was absolutely professional. He showed up for the install with his brother Arty and the 2 of them never complained about the job being harder than they thought, never tried to overcharge us , were clean and respectful .
Love the fact that this is a family owned and in business. We already are talking to Tony for our vent and duct cleaning. And to Arty for some small projects given hes a qualified handyman.
These brothers are the best ; dont waste your time with other companies. Hire them now.
