As a small business, they send you an email stating that your business is complaint-free, & the BBB would like to put an "acredited business" icon on your websites etc, what they don't tell you is that THEY CHARGE THE BUSINESS FOR THIS!!! So don't believe anything from them, as they are just another marketer looking for money from small mom & pop businesses during a rotten economy. So if you see a "BBB acredited" symbol on a website, the business PAID them for this, therefore this is not an "impartial organization" in any way! A complaint-free business should be recongized for this accomplishment and NOT BE CHARGED MONEY BY THE BBB. two thumbs down.

I was having a problem getting Roger Gavin Contracting to respond and finish the job.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and after 4 months of silence Roger Gavin contacted me and sent a worker to finish the job.
The BBB got the result that was needed.

I find the BBB extremely helpful. I had an issue with a business and they wouldn't respond. When the BBB was involved, the issue was solved very quickly.

Web site is too hard to navigate for computer illiterate people. My issue was never resolved. Apparently patients are required to pay for services, even if a bill has not been issued for over 5 yrs.
