      image I went in for X-rays at 8:30 to try and avoid a peak time. I parked, checked in, went downstairs, and had my X-rays done all within 20 minutes. Everyone from check-in to the reception folks to the tech were kind and friendly. Highly recommend!

      image Dr. Wayne Chan insulted my wife's weight but never had her step on a scale. We were there on a recommendation from another orthopedic Dr. What kind of physicians is UMass hiring. I am taking th8s as far as we can so no one else has to have this happen to them.

      image Be careful about what you tell your PCP. You will get charged for it. I told my PCP i had some acne issues for which i saw a dermatologist and i got charged over $100 for having the conversation! I also had slightly elevated cholesterol and i was asked to go to a nutritionist in umasschan and i got charged over $400 for that. I came back 6 months after for my cholesterol followup and got charged again over $200. This is after insurance btw. Ridiculous

      image Went in for day surgery, everyone was so helpful and seemed happy to be there. The nurses and PCA were professional and accommodating.
      There was almost no waiting, and everything went smoothly. Probably one of the best day surgery experiences Ive had! Thank you!
