Always professional and prompt! We have used their services several times over the years, and they are super to work with. There are times when the housing/mortgage market is hot and you have to wait your turn, but that's to be expected if you need a professional!

Very unprofessional. Did not even get an appraisal from them. They came unsolicited and asked to take pictures inside of my home. When refused, Tony from this company whined and asked again. When the office was called and was asked for an explanation they became very hot headed, never actually stating a reason. Very unprofessional, was very rude to a homeowner who never even requested business from them. Unsure how different they act to paying customers. It was very odd and wanted to share this experience with any potential customers...

Very happy with the appraisal requested. Evaluation was detailed and thorough. I would recommend them if you have property for sale. I did not have a specific time line as the other reviews had indicated. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

They have too much on their hands to handle and do not care about timeliness or deadlines. Very disappointing.
