The staff was very helpful in answering my questions. My iPhone 6s bit the dust when I walked it into the ocean on vacation, I couldn't shut it off therefore it died. I had AppleCare + so I just needed the data and not the phone repaired even though they could have repaired it all. Hope seemed bleak and after 10 days in their possession I went and did an in-person visit and Nick helped explain everything they did and it appeared that he had one more attempt up his sleeve and I'm beyond grateful because what he did worked and they were able to transfer all the data to the new phone. Nick did a phenomenal job at getting what I needed. Elite Techs is on my list of goto places for having my electronic needs repaired and they should be on your list as well! 5 stars!!!! Lord bless!!!

Don’t go here and buy into their promises.
This place is awful and the most disorganized business I’ve ever visited. I dropped off a 3 year old model LG phone in January. I was told diagnostic would take 5 days, and repair about 10. Fine.
After two weeks I call and they have no idea what’s wrong with my tv. Fine. Another week goes by and I call and the receptionist still doesn’t know what’s happening, so she says the technician will call me. Another week goes by and finally I have to hunt down the tech who is a real turd. Talks to me like I’m an idiot when all I wanted was an update. I have 3 TVs at my home. I’m not being too pushy about this. He proceeds to tell me that fixing a tv can take months because they have to track down the right part. Fine.
I call again 3 weeks later and they ask me “What do you want from us? You can come pick up the tv if you’d like.” It’s not fixed!!
It’s now mid May. I call after 2 months of no contact at 4:50 and a recording tells me the office is closed. Elite techs is open until 6.
These guys are complete morons and deserve to work basic manually labor jobs because of their horrible customer service. Sub par work is deserving off all of these employees having to work on the weekends. 6 months and this place will be out of business and the owner will be flipping hamburgers and getting cussed out.
I know for a fact that this post will be ignored after reading all of the other horrible reviews. Please stay away from this hole in the wall company and save yourself the stress.

They’ve had my sons phone 5 months now. I’ve been told it was sent off and been given the approval to do repairs. I’ve been told 3 times that I’d be given a loaner phone but haven’t. I’ve been put on hold endlessly, hung up on, yelled at, insulted, had numerous people get mad with terrible attitudes when I ask simple questions about the progress of the phone...and then hung up on. These people will hold your phone hostage and enjoy you being at their mercy just to get your phone back. I have told them, fixed or not, just give me the phone. Finally, today, after calling after no call back from a message left last week, I was told Friday, 2/23 would be the day I could pick up the phone. Let’s see how this goes... 🤔
Update:
Still no phone, no returned calls but I did receive an email saying I’d be taken to court for defamation of this business because of this review. This place is a joke.

I thought my laptop bit the dust. This Woodstock site is not far from my home. Everyone of the employees were kind and knowledgeable. I left my laptop late Saturday and was able to pick it up Tuesday morning.
I definitely recommend using Elite in Woodstock. Josh answered all my questions with a smile. It was also VERY affordable.

I dropped a TV off to be fixed in December 2017......long story short I was given the run around about when it would be completed.....3 months later I was unsatisfied that nothing had been done so I went to pick up my TV.....after going back and forth I was able to get my TV back that nothing had been done on.....I asked for a $160 refund for the part I had paid that never was used on my TV. I was issued a email confirmation of a refund processing. Here I am 6 months later and I call the store daily trying to get a refund.....yet still nothing. I get a busy signal or a unhelpful person most days when I call. I leave a message about 3 times a week with no call back. This is the worst customer service and organization that I have ever deal with. I sincerely hope that no one has to be treated the way I have been by Elite Techs. Please avoid them at all cost. This message could add years to your life by helping you avoid a stressful time.
