      image Horrible customer service. The woman and man that sold me my pillows were extremely rude. Management was no help when I went to her for help. I have never had such a bad experience overall, the way I was treated and talked to. I will never shop here again. I will buy a mattress elsewhere.

      image Sold me a defective mattress cover with a warranty that isn't being honored due to a hidden stipulation. Now my mattress has a huge urine stain that I have to pay out of pocket to treat. Will never spend money here again.
