      image Jess went straight to answering our questions and solving our problems. I can see him becoming a manager in no time. He had such a nice calm approach to our problems. If we could request an employee in the future to help us, it would be Jess everytime.
      We also loved the positive attitude he displayed the entire time. Positivity is so hard to come by even in the customer service world. Thank you Jess.
