I asked the guy at the front desk for a room. When I handed him my credit card, he said that they don’t accept credit card and that they take cash only, so I paid him cash and he didn’t give me a receipt. My room had roaches. When I went to the front desk in the morning and told him I want a refund, he said they don’t give refunds and that the whole building is infested with roaches. I come to visit friends every year and stay at this hotel, but this will be my last time. I had a very bad experience.

This place is horrible it has roaches and unprofessional employees and it’s very unorganized and the house keeping is not good at all they don’t know how to clean at all
