Horrible snow removal. Worst customer service I e ever had to deal with. They've ignored my calls and emails but they sure want to send me a bill!!! Kick rocks I'm using somebody else now.

My car was damaged by one of the lawnmowers. I've been emailing and calling for over a month and the owner keeps ignoring my calls and only emails back that they will contact me. But no one has actually tried to help me in over 5 weeks.

Called to get weekly lawn mowing and residential snow removal. They returned the call and told me someone would come out in a few days, that did not happen and was told they are really busy but would try to squeeze me in and I,said no hurry but I would appreciate a quote. They would send it to me by email and I said ok. After two weeks and still nothing I called again and was told they were training someone to do estimates and I would have it in a few days, and that did not happen, so after a little over three weeks I sent an email and told them
I am a Marine and was very disappointed in them not doing what they said they would do. I understand busy but I don't understand ignoring a potential new customer. To me if they are that busy be honest and upfront and just tell people they cannot take on any new business at this time instead of misleading the people.
In my opinion, I can only imagine how they would handle a problem.
I found a reliable company and I am very happy with them as they do what they tell you they're going to to.

No attention to detail, poor workmanship, virtually no communication from owners, vague contract leads to their interpretation, verbal promises not kept....
