If I could give them a negative score - I would!
They did not respond to inquiries in a timely manner and shorted my roll over check. It took them nearly 6 weeks to get me the information I requested and when i received my check, it was $6k short with no explanation whatsoever.
If you want to keep your hard earned money, stay away QBI, LLC completely. I'm still trying to figure out why my check was short.

QBI, LLC Partners is now FUTURE PLAN by ACENSUS don't get fooled by the name. Same poor quality service and bogus fees. They failed to maintain our records of trustees and now they are charging us to "amend" the records when it was them who had them all wrong. What are we paying you all those ridiculous fees for?, its not like you manage the actual investments. Please stay away from these people and if you have a similar situation pursue legal action against them.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and takes zero accountability. They never call back despite leaving multiple messages and wont reply to emails.
