I dropped my wedding and engagement ring set off to be repaired on June 27. I was told it be ready July 18 but probably two weeks shouldnt be longer than 3. So after numerous phone calls and no answer on when my ring would be done I decided to pick it up and take somewhere else. It should not have taken over a month to repair and if they kept me up to date maybe I wouldnt be so upset but after todays phone calls with the rude staff o decided its time to go get it. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone, So just be careful when leaving your jewelry here.

My fianc and I dropped in for the first time last week. I had a couple chains I wanted repaired. The entire staff are amazing; one of my chains was repaired at no cost as a "thank you" for being a first time customer and for keeping it local. My second chain was repaired quicker than anticipated and both look incredible. We're both thrilled with the entire experience and we will be back. 10/10

My soon to be husband & I went in the store needing wedding bands, for our wedding in 3 days. They were so awesome, helped us with everything & their jewelry is stunning. So many beautiful pieces. A great business & the owner & staff are amazing!!!!

I stopped to ask whether they would buy a 14 karat gold bracelet. Briefly, not only did he offer to buy it ( by weight), but made helpful suggestions as to how I might prefer to sell it independently. He clearly went above and beyond and I would ABSOLUTELY buy a piece from him in the future!
