Hi there,
I just wanted to give my honest review about Nataliya who is the property manager for autumn hills apartment complex. She is so wonderful. She always kind and helpful. She is so warm. Every time I had any inquiry she helped me with ease even though she has so many responsibilities considering she manages much more than just autumn hills. If this is shared with her I would like her to know that Im very very grateful for guidance and assistance.

The real estate agent Nataliya is the best ! Highly recommended!
Communication and willingness to help are on the highest level. Always very kind and supportive. All issues and questions were solved immediately, that made the rental process stress-free.

I lived here almost 7 years ago. Property was nice, however it was the most horrible experience in my life. First of all it was a worker there name Anthony that I thought was cool at first. He was aware of how thin the walls were. The downstairs evil neighbor use to complain all the time about noise coming from my apartment which I did everything in my power to keep a decent noise level which I did. I brought carpet padding, acoustic pads, a camera just to prove that all I did was go to work come home cook help my son with his homework and go to bed. We spent the entire time in our rooms on the bed because the moment we will walk or flush the toilet the neighbor on the first floor would complain. I would tell Anthony he assured me that all was well and for me not to pay her no mind because he seen what all I brought so she could not hear us walking. Anthony flip the script on me. I went to Mexico on vacation while I was on vacation the neighbor downstairs from me told them that I was making noise in my apartment and I was in Mexico. I gave management proof that I was in Mexico I pleaded management and Anythony totaly change from Mister nice guy to a lyier. I had to get a lawyer and everything just to prove I was not in the wrong. Thank God I left and no longer live there it was awful.

I have lived at Autumn Hills for 5 years. During that time I have had little to no issues with my unit and should something arise, they have the BEST maintenance manager on site. Pablo is very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and an overall respectful and reliable person. He cares a lot for the community and goes over and above his duties to make sure everything was done correctly. Im sure the community feels the same.
