I always have a good experience at Fred Meyers they're courtesy clerks are nice they're check out people are really nice they still use their express lane sometimes I get confused on those but that's okay I like everything

The pharmacy has been going downhill for a few years. They run out of medicine. They dont call us to tell us its out. My son passed away. Im on Adderall to get through it. They did not have it for five days. They did not reach out to me like they said, and then the pharmacy tech was rude about it until me that I should know how this should work. She then explained, I need to call the doctor to get a new prescription. I explained why cant it go to a different pharmacy where they order out and they said thats not how it works. Like I should know. So frustrating

Sat on hold for 20 minutes just to check the status on a prescription. Absolutely ridiculous! Thanks for wasting my time
