Lack of security and never respond to renters even in cases of incidents!!!
I have been renting from here for quite some time and the only time I've ever talked to anyone is to get my credit card info and renting details. My RV was broken into on 12/31/23 and I called to inform the office and left a voice mail. I've tried calling multiple times since then and no answer. No "sorry" nothing. It's now 10 days later and I've already had police and insurance adjusters here yet nothing from the management here.
This place is notoriously hard to maneuver anything bigger than a hatchback, the security is a joke as anything beyond the front gate dosent even get a decent light. It's not patrolled by any stretch nor is it manned by staff that I can tell. I think someone lives at he front in a bed RV but they sure ain't there as a deterrent.
Even now they say they are open but the office is closed and lights off.
I'm moving to a better place.

Since new management, I feel heard when I notify them about an issue. Right before new management, I was charged for the new rent before I was suppose to be and it was handled right then. No waiting. This isn't just a job for them. They make sure our belongings are taken care of and give us a reason to trust them.

The nicest and lowest rates. The employees are very helpful and always friendly. Clean, secure facility and manager very responsive to any questions I've had.

This facilities location has been very convenient for me. Easy secure access, clean with great hours and an on-line payment option. I have been here over a year and am soon moving out of the area, I will miss this business.
