Cancelled account last year when I was billed as I find the product cumbersome. Was billed again for annual renewal at twice the price of new customers (according to webpage). So I tried to cancel or get a refund on their circular webpage that now doesn't recognize my e-mail address even though they sent me a link in e-mail to change my password. The web page is designed to ignore requests for customer service by frustrating the customer. If I could give no stars I would. Totally ridiculous.

Bought the software and my Mac slowed down to DIAL UP speed! Can't access some web sites others take way too long to load. Buy something else!

been trying to cancel this for years because computer no longer exists so I'm just donating money to them. System says my email address isn't valid even though its the one they use. Don't ever use their system.

I have no complaints about the software, but I do have a complaint about the Customer Service and Technical Support service that we as consumers pay yearly to ensure protection for our home and businesses. Today's dilemma started with the green checkmarks not visible next to an URL using Google Chrome. I called and spoke to four different representatives, not familiar with how to accurately troubleshoot. Each person wanted to send me a link through SPAM mail. No, go for me - we have to protect ourselves from trojans. One Tech Support staff (I won't reveal his name) said, "We have too many calls in the queue to help you. We can call you back later. I have to meet my productivity today." Wow! Is this how we treat our customers? When I asked for a supervisor or corporate's phone number to give feedback as constructive criticism, all refused to provide an email or number. They flat out said, "NO!" We have to ensure our personnel, whether within the perimeter of our native region or internationally, provide customer service excellence. Negative reviews taint the reputation of the business and affect sales. I hope someone from the USA corporate office sees this post and channels all nationwide to ensure that all customers receive excellence.
