      image They have improved extensively over the last 12 months. While they still continue to lack a few of the better Demotech and AM Best rated carriers, such as Auto Owners, in their portfolio I would still recommend them, primarily because I do like my responsive agent Matt Lowther and their absolutely amazing office manager Michelle Pitts who is beyond excellent. :)
