I brought 2 dresses to have the hems shortened, and 1 was perfectly fine and cut to the size I needed, but the other was ruined. They cut about 5 inches above the ankle and it looks terrible. I don't understand how one was altered correctly and the other was cut so much more. They both should've been the same. I tried to tell them and they didn't care, so don't go here if you want your things altered properly and yes this is the correct place I am writing about.
