I second what Clyde said! Ed has a great selection of frame options, he was timely and the price was affordable. He was so patient and helpful in helping me pick out a frame for my antique map. Will definitely be using him again!

(Dec. 2, 2017) I would like to add an update to this review. I have spoken with the owner, who feels my criticism is unfair. Again, I recognize that his work is outstanding and artistically done, I have since sent someone to him for a framing project, and I had done so in the past. I repeat that there would have been no misunderstanding if he had simply communicated with me in a timely manner and thus avoided what I feel was undue delay. He did call me after I complained, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work he did on this project. I regret the misunderstanding, but I feel I was not unfair in my comments.
(November 2017) I have been a repeat customer of this business for many years and recognize the owner's fine eye and high quality of his work. However, I am very unhappy with the service on my latest project. In July I left nine small prints to be framed identically. It is now November, and they are not done, apparently because of problems with obtaining the frame we chose. First I was told that the frames might be available from another supplier. then I was told that they were not. Then I was told a similar frame would work and would be ordered. Still no frames. Each time I was given a finish date -- sometimes within a week, sometimes two weeks -- but each time I called, they were not ready. It was always the same excuse, a problem getting the frames. Moreover, please notice that I did the calling. The owner has never notified me of any of this. I travel on business, and I have asked him repeatedly to please call me and to leave a message if I cannot answer. Often I have waited beyond the promised finish date to call him. Today I said I wanted to come by and choose a different frame, in hopes that this is the final time I have to deal with this. I am annoyed that this project has taken over 4 months; that I still have to select another frame, which I could have done weeks ago; and that no one has ever contacted me as requested to expedite this process.
