I was told the wait time for my medicine was 30-40 mins. I decided to come back after an hour had past and my medicine was still not ready. I did not make it a big deal and decided to wait in the sitting area. Another 45-50 minute had past by only to find out my medicine was done 30 minutes ago. The lady at the desk did not let me know it was done until I went up to check again with another lady where she proceeded to let her know that my medicine was in a waiting bin.

I came in with my family, the employees were very rude and not friendly. I will not be back at this location again.

I had to get my medication for sleep filled here last minute. I usually use CVS because it's closer to the house, but they were closed and I was out of my Rx.
I had my Rx called in and picked up at the drive thru, all within 10 minutes. The pharmacist, not sure of her name, a tall black female, was so friendly and helpful. I will be switching pharmacies. Thank you!

Been waiting 45 minutes in the drive thru for much needed medicines. This Walgreens is awful!!

Highly rude people at the pharmacy. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes behind a car that had not been moved. Asian looking pharmacy tech said your order not ready and we just got your order at 8:11. When she came to the window it was 8:45. Tells me to circle around with the most nastiest attitude so I caught one back. Then when I circle back around only one car in front of me. Still not ready circle around. Like no one should continue to do that. I have circled around 2 times and people are rude and disgusting there. I have never had an issue with the people in the store but this was my first time using the pharmacy. Its 1 hour where I have been waiting. And having to keep circle around is ridiculous. Then say still not ready I need to help other customers as if I am not a customer. Like disrespectful people and they shouldnt be employed there if thats how you treat people. Remember the customers who shop at the stores and pharmacy bring the REVENUE in and thats how these employees get paid. If there is no revenue then there is no hours to give employees. Treat people with RESPECT and I promise that it would be an overall great experience for not only the employees but the CUSTOMERS. I see why this store has the most low bad reviews and rating.
