Walked in was greeted. Was in there for about 10 mins. The lady working just talked to her friend the whole time. Didn't bother to even help us out.

I came into the store with all four of my small children. We were greeted right away, and my kids were offered a snack by the manager on the floor (Rashad). We checked a couple of mattresses and then shopped at another store. We ended up coming back and bought one of the mattresses at Mattress Firm. Buying process was easy and delivery was superb.
