So my husband and I hired your company back in 2012 to blow insulation into the walls of my home. We are remodeling our bathroom and this is the great insulation job that we paid thousands of dollars to have done correctly. I have a photo to show what poor job that was done. I guess one never knows what was really done until you peel back the interior walls.

5 months ago my wife advised of the complete disaster Home Snuggers and Mark Walker have created for us. Although they responded to the Facebook post within hours with a promise to get in touch with us, we are still stuck in the same spot as before. Mark has told me they would come finish the job twice since then, but ended up backing out and not showing up at the last minute. The job has not met the requirements for the state energy rebate that his contract stated it would. They left a mess on my property, ruined multiple screens on the house, damaged my siding, and left globs of this foam insulation in my trees, grass, and shrubs around the property. I am going to make sure no one gets scammed by this business and the owner!! Terrible company that will 100% take advantage of you, do your research, I admit fault to walking into this trap they had set!

We have been holding out on a review of this company because we were very hopeful they would come through. First of all, my husband and I would HIGHLY recommend you go with another company. The communication has been awful. We havent been able to reach anyone about coming back to the house and basically finishing a job undone per the Maine auditor who came to our house after the job. Even the auditor has tried to reach the company without success. Walls broken & foam insulation EVERYWHERE. Its been a nightmare.

I would never trust someone in my house whodrives like that. Complete douchebag. No blinkers, crossing more than one lane, getting into a lane that was ending just to get ahead after driving 10 mph under the speed limit. Total moron. You should have more forethought when your company name is plastered all over the truck. Really.

I would give less stars but they have some really friendly people working for them. In my experience they did a less than stellar job. They barely know what they are doing when it comes to replacing wood siding. There are half inch gaps where the siding meets the trim. We had them do some work from the interior of the house and there's a number of places where the wood floors were gouged by the hose and some gouges possibly by a ladder. I'm also not sure their product is the best for filling walls. First it doesn't seem to stop air flow. I still have cold air coming in around the electrical outlets. Second they claim it's pest resistant. I have some living right by my bed and they're still there moving around in this stuff. I brought most of these things up during the post-work inspection and they were explained away. At this point I am unconvinced it was worth it.
