      image Drivers are fine. Dispatch and office are among the rudest people in Georgia. If your shuttle breaks on the way to the airport, I was told that Groome would cover the Lyft for 3 passengers from 2 different parties. Upon returning to Athens, Groome says, with TV blaring, there was a miscommunication. Being left on the roadside nowhere near the airport, having to arrange and cover everyone's Lyft, and having Groome say "sorry, not sorry" is more than enough to make me look elsewhere. Zero stars was not an option.
