I have been in the healthcare field for 6 years now and have frequented numerous scrubs/uniform stores and have never felt such disrespect and hostility as I did at this store. I was a paying customer and was very disappointed with how unwelcoming and rude the staff was. I will never come to this establishment again and would advise POCs to do the same. Very disappointing and racist establishment.

I love the Uniform Store in Winchester! First off its a small business, secondly you are supporting them- how can you go wrong! You walk into this store and are immediately greeted with a smile. The store offers you coffee to drink while you browse. Uniforms in all shapes and sizes are there! To include a MENS department! How about that! While it is small-, they have one! They have nice dressing rooms to try on the products especially since every style fits differently. My favorite is their discount rack. I hit that when I can and when my sizes are there. They have $45 scrubs marked down to either $10 or 50% off. Look for the red dot! Today I scored three $10 scrub pants and one regular priced shirt. Remember when you check out to use your frequent purchaser card to earn points. Thank you Uniform Store for the great deals and pleasant shopping experience! Will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service. I ordered items in person and was told they would be here in a week. A week later I called for an update and the old lady on the phone, her name is Donna, immediately started yelling at me and basically called me a liar and said that I wasn't told they would be here in a week and that they just got my size in stock and would be sending them out today for the necessary customizations. This confused me because my size was in stock when I got there last week, tried them on and everything, the week span was supposed to be for the customizations. Less than 30 minutes later she called me back and said the items just arrived, with no apology of any kind or acknowledgment that she was in the wrong... All she had to do was acknowledge that she was not there the day I came in a week ago and isn't exactly sure what is going on, instead of getting riled up and treating me like I am not a paying customer, but obviously, customer service means nothing at this place. Upon entering the store to pick up the items I had already paid for, I asked if I could get the manager's number, Donna refused and called the cops on me and tried to kick me out of the store before even handing me my items, but I told her we could wait and have a civil conversation with the police. The other woman there just stood there, never tried to help, just a bystander who did nothing to help when I explained to her what was going on and what I needed. A great example of see something say something, but she didn't. Finally, the bystander woman gave me a card with the manager's number. Which was all I asked for from the very beginning and would've been on my way. I believe there was a bit of prejudice because of the color of my skin, and a bit of defamation of character. First time I have ever gone through something like this in my life, and I am new to the area. Not a very nice welcome. Just a warning to those who may look like me.
