Chancellor Jeff Stewart and My attorney Mark Stewart had these good citizens of Franklin Co. Taken against their will from their privately owned home by the F C sheriff's department with NO NOTICE On Dec. 12, 2012. No relative was called.They were locked up, given No due process. Their entire estate was pilfered away by the State of TN. Only Gods justice will make this Right. He is our Retribution, correct?!

Im wondering if anyone else has had issues with the 3m issuing of funds from the lawsuit that was handled by Stewart and Stewart. I was issued a check that was returned at my bank which is the same bank that the firm uses and it seems theyve mishandled the monies in this lawsuit. I have made numerous phone calls to this office and they have been made aware of whats happening but have not responded. Im wondering what other actions should be taken because my awarded amount was incorrect and the whole deal seems suspect! Im gonna reach out to the media to shed light on whatever is going on with this firm.
