      image Non existent customer service. Ive called multiple times and left multiple messages over the course of a week about a 25,000 gallon pool, water feature, and spa they built 3 years ago and can't even get a call back from whoever "joey" is. You would think a massive contract like this would be worthy of at least a call back.
