Pathetic customer experience, personally emailed to John.Distelzweig, Haley Ellison & Steve Gold about my support tickets about cameras, never followed up with me. Expect to wait over 50 mins on hold. Their oversees support NEVER follow-up on the promises. DO NOT buy Lorex.

💥💥 1/24/20 I will add to the growing list of negative reviews. Obviously if you have this many negative reviews your company has an issue.
I had issues with the NVR I bought from Costco with settings returning to default and not memorizing my configurations therefore not functioning properly. Technical support was as expected from reading the reviews, Horrible out of country technicians that do not speak fluent English. The guy absolutely did not know what he was talking about and was a total waste of time.
I was going to troubleshoot this some more but after troubleshooting for a full day I give up and will return this system to Costco and will not go with Lorex again.
💥What a generic lame response from the owner of this company, see below. They don't even have the respect to acknowledge someone without copy and pasting a generic response.

I would not recommend I definitely should have came and looked at all these reviews before purchasing.
