Mike and his team at All Seasons are absolutely great! They are extremely professional and very thorough. They take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. It did not take long to get an estimate, and are very fair priced. They kept the property clean while they were on-site and the job was done in a timely manner. Great communication, great quality, and overall great folks! Would recommend them to anybody.

All Seasons Roofing was very professional. The owner, Mike, met my wife and I personally at our home and gave us a detailed description of what needed to be done before job was performed. Rain delayed the job about a week but someone called everyday to keep us updated on the status. Workers who tore off our old roof and installed our new roof were very neat and meticulous. To top it off we had a lot rain a few days after install and no leaks. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and if we ever need roofing work done again they will be our first call. Pleasant experience. I am struggling with the number of stars I should place on this review and here is why. We moved into our brand new home in July 2022. ASR was the roofing contractor used by our builder. Immediately, we recognized roofing shingles that were curling. ASR came out on more than one occasion to correct the problem. It was probably about 2 months later that during a high wind weather event that we noticed the house was "groaning" very loudly as if the house was vibrating. Long story short, we learned that this was due to extra or loose roofing paper in the ridge vents flapping as the air passed through the vents. ASR came out several times over the next couple of months to correct the problem as we have a number of roof vents. The gentlemen that came out was very nice and even showed me the loose paper he had found and removed. All sounds good right?
We have a pretty large roof and we are at the mercy of the wind and its direction to discover when there may be an issue in any of the vents. I believe previous attempts at correcting the problem had improved the situation but I don't think all areas of needed corrections were discovered.
After only 16 months we continued to experience the "groaning" from roofing paper in the ridge vents. Keep in mind that this was going on essentially from day 1 of the new roof installation. A representative from ASR came to our home. He told us the roof was in good shape and there did not appear to be damage. I pointed out the vents that I believed to be the issue. A few days later we received a quote for $727 to potentially replace/repair shingles and plywood. ????? I took this up with our builder and a few weeks later ASR called and scheduled an appointment to come (free of charge) to fix the issue. ASR could not make the scheduled appointment that day and I was told that they would contact me at a later date to reschedule. Several weeks later I was told by my builder that they were receiving "push back" from ASR and ASR was no longer going to respond.
I have learned (via other customers and more than one ASR employee) that ours in not the only home that has experienced this issue.
