New customer. Called for quote. Three times the amount for repairing my heating!!! I had to wish them "good luck" and Hung UP. Do not not how they stay in business, very poor customer service at best.

A year or more ago, five stars. Something's changed beginning with the ownership. I just had a call. The person that answered the phone did not know me, was not particularly friendly or forthcoming with information. I declined to proceed with service call. I think at least a mailer if you're taking over someone's business and you cared about the customer base would have been done. I've moved on. Shame. I loved Kevin Scott Plumbing and Heating. They did Yeoman's service for me in the past and were always friendly.

We have used Kevin Scott several times now and are very pleased with their work. They're always on time, do what they say they're going to, and thoroughly explain what needs to be done. We previously used another well known plumber in the area and were disappointed (bad communication and overpriced), despite all of their 5 star reviews. I'm happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Highly recommended! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation

We have been using Kevin Scott plumbing for years, they are always prompt, professional, and competitively priced. Recently we had a plumbing issue, they came out in less than a half an hour and started working to resolve our problem, while they had to refer us to KP Drains they did do everything they could to get things ready for them and were very affordable. Amazing service and highly recommended
