Excellent, just excellent. Not only are Bruce and Tony knowledgeable and experienced, but their customer service is beyond compare. Our tour was messed up by the tour company and they went above and beyond to make things right. Cant say enough good things!

Though my travels went well, my experience with Jen Gill wasnt the greatest. I felt that she was disorganized and unresponsive. I did not receive confirmation of my trip in a timely manner after full payment and I was not given all my options when booking my room.

Jen Gill has been our travel agent for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable and hands on. She cares for her clients. She always offers great advice when you discuss land or cruise vacations. Gets you the best deal.
I won't use any one else.
