Had my car towed from the part of the parking lot next to Citizens bank on a Friday night at midnight. The bank had been closed since 4PM. Bad business, bad customer relations and just unnecessarily bad for Trolly Square.

Im new and overall has been really good so far Only complaint is that I wish the ATM had $100 denomination, $20 is the highest at the moment. With inflation that small denomination is stretching my wallet.

Walked in to get some help with my business account and only two women were working. One of them (teller) busy with a customer, the other (not a teller) playing on her phone for several minutes and then got up, walked past me, and went outside to talk on the phone. Immediately left to head to the downtown branch. Severely unprofessional. Next step is to close the account with them.
