Beds sucks. Pillows are flat. And absolutely no hot water. No matter how long let run, or time of day.

I've had many great stays with family at this hotel. The good far outweighs the bad. If there was ever an issue, Carla, the manager, has been absolutely amazing, helpful, and kind. She will do whatever she can to help ensure your stay is the best. The only downfall is the EXTREMELY rude, inconsiderate, and lazy front desk woman who works overnights. She is so disrespectful and clearly shouldn't be working the front desk and greeting others - let alone in the customer service field. I believe she alone can deter others from coming to Mainstay in Williston. The attitude she has towards the guests is absolutely appalling and uncalled for. If you do stay here, just check in during the morning/afternoon so you avoid her at night.
