We had a fantastic experience with Scott and his team at Premier Builders & Remodeling for multitude of reasons:
- They set reasonable, realistic expectations surrounding timelines and expenses and delivered on their commitments even in the context of a global pandemic.
- They were consistent, reliable, stuck to deadlines, and followed through.
- They were professional and went above and beyond daily. Dan provided exceptional work, and was appropriately kind and engaging. One minute he was installing a TV and the next he was offering to help carry in groceries. He was great.
- Vendors were meticulous in their work and the communication between them and the general contractor was seamless.
- Owner was invested in our satisfaction with the outcome and personally came out to our home multiple times throughout the course of the project to ensure that things were running smoothly and that we were pleased.
We tend to have high-expectations and can be fairly particular. With that being said, we give this company five stars on all fronts and highly recommend its services to any person or business looking to remodel or expand. It will not disappoint!
