I won't criticize the fine employees of this particular branch, as I've had good experiences with them over the years.The ATMs used by WF in this town are hot garbage. In the last 2.5 years I've never been able to deposit checks or cash at this branch. The option on the touch screen is simply "unavailable." The software itself is slow. This might've been acceptable in the 1980s, but not in 2018. For shame, Wells Fargo.Unless you plan to step inside, steer clear of this branch entirely. (The New Town branch is also pretty crappy, as the ATM has a habit of mangling checks and cash. On two occasions I had a literal tug of war with the machine as it said it was returning my check then tried to yank it back. I brought it up with a teller there and she acknowledged that it's a long-standing issue. Or in her words "the machine goes crazy sometimes.")The remainder of what makes this particular branch unpleasant is largely out of the branch's control but are still noteworthy; the parking in front is limited, and if you park in back and have to enter the bank, you have to walk around the building unless you want to risk a hasty driver barreling down the entrance on the west side of Richmond Road.Getting in or out of the bank is also difficult when there's a W&M football game or some other man-made disaster.The Rochambeau branch is your best bet.

I had an accident with some of my paper money where I lost a small portion of it (the total was about 30 dollars). I went online and did some research and found out on the federal reserve website that as long as you have 51% of the bill, the banks should replace it for you. I thought to myself, "Well, this is a good way to test the costumer service of this bank to see it is right for my business account." I go to this branch and I was flatly turned down for 30 dollars, that they would have got back through the government anyways. Well, I got my bills replaced somewhere else, and I guess the other guys will be opening a new business account for as well =P
