Cashier doesn't know you can sub beef for chicken and it's only $0.80 upcharge rather than taking off beef and adding chicken which is a $1.20 upcharge. Said "listen I've worked at taco bell for 2 years I think I know what I am doing." I worked at taco bell for 2 years as well girlfriend :)

Average Mexican style food. Not my first choice for fast food or Mexican for that matter. Some folks love it. I almost always get something from another restaurant. This location does look clean which is a plus.

It was quite busy during this visit. It seemed that the kitchen staff was having problems getting orders out. They did get my order out correctly, and the wait was not unacceptable. However, rudeness from employees is not acceptable. On my most recent 2 or 3 visits I have encountered one or more employees who seemed to not want to be there or helping customers. Eye rolling, bad attitude when a mistake with my order was pointed out.

Super slow. They seriously need to hire more people. That said, they should promote the young woman Sam. My drive thru experience took literally 50 minutes and she was so dang pleasant I swear I left there happy. Raise and promotion for Sam!

Terrible terrible terrible drive thru. Never quick at all! Its been this way for well over a year now. Only go here if you want to wait 30+ minutes in line. There is a place to exit the line. You will likely end up using it.
