We regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express while travelling. This one was sub-par in my opinion as compared to most Holiday Inn Express hotels. Rooms were kind of drab and worn out. HVAC unit was a wall unit. Very loud and not easy to keep at a good temp. Location was good. Lots of options for food in the area. Rooms definitely need updating. Overall good experience.

Old, broken furniture, dirty, dusty. Suites are not recommended if you intend to use a pull out couch - they are 20 years old with stained mattresses and youll wake up with the back pain. Mattresses on the beds are worn out. Bathtubs surfaces are pilling off. Water pressure - non-existent.
Breakfast service is the only nice thing about the hotel: friendly and efficient.

Everyone here is so nice. Everyone I encountered was so polite and caring.
Susan, Jayne and the entire rest of the staff. If you find your self in Willcox I would only stay here and stay away from the other hotel right down the street. Made that mistake before. Also a great breakfast in the morning. I felt safe and plenty of parking. Especially if you have a big truck. Also plenty of Tesla chargers so great place to also charge your EV.
