First... Bob is amazing. He's friendly, knows his stuff, and takes care of business. He recommended blinds for me that I hadn't considered... and it was the best investment ever. And he's responsive (I had a small issue 4 years on, and, he resolved it quickly). I highly recommend him and Budget Blinds... and wish more companies were like this.
