My 83 year old mother contacted me with a question regarding her taxes filed with D.A.M Taxes L.L.C. located at 1097 Union Lake Rd, White Lake, MI 48386
I spoke with the manager/owner who was very professional and answered my questions with patience.
Great company, great people and we will continue with D.A.M. taxes for all our filings.

My sons worked for 2 separate companies and they mixed up their social security numbers two years in a row and have failed to fix it. They have been irresponsible in handling the matter, its still unresolved and my sons fear the upcoming W-2 season.

Unprofessional. Failed to correct an issue where my social security number was put under someone elses name and I was taxed and penalized for income I never received. Email responses I get is that they cant get thru to the IRS which is unbelievable. This has been ongoing for over 2 years and were still trying to get the issue corrected. Do not recommend this company

Terrible service, they gave out my social security number, failed to correct it, and they havent been able to get ahold of the IRS concerning my affairs for 2 years
