I brought my car in for a bumper repair after being rear ended. When I went in weeks later to pick it up, my windshield had a chunk out of it and a large crack extending across the windshield that was not there prior to drop off. When brought up to the managers, they tried to blame the damage on me, when the damage occurred during the time my car was in the possession of their repair shop the whole time All I asked was for the damage caused by them to be repaired, and after a battle, offered to help with the deductible if I already had glass coverage

Unfortunately, this place is terrible. We were recommended to go here by the insurance company (maybe, that was the first red flag). They are not honest people or a trustworthy company. Upon pick up, we discovered newly damaged areas of the vehicle, not damaged prior to drop off. They admitted fault and pretty much told us that it was not their responsibility to fix it. Save yourself the trouble, go anywhere else.
