Leo Young at Coldwell Banker was my agent. He was the utmost professional here. He walked us through every step of our sale, and was always available(email, calls, text, etc.) for any questions we had. He also worked with us on any decisions we needed to make for our home to put it in the best shape possible for sale. Leo took excellent photos of the home, made a great video, enabled live walk through of the home, and put together an excellent listing and open house. He also negotiated an amazing offer for us and helped us pick the best one for us. I've already started recommending him to my friends, and will be ready work with Leo again in the future if ever need be.

Leo Young is attentive, responsive, friendly and warm. These are all attributes of his natural character which is the icing to the cake he offers as a realtor. For all other clients that have the pleasure to work with Leo, the best trait of Leo is how well he listens to what you want. We told him our budget, exactly what type of property we were looking for and the neighborhoods we felt had them. For most, we could have come off as being too strict and difficult. We simply knew what we wanted and Leo never once tried to deter us, lead us down a different path, convince us to look into something else, convince us to raise our budget. None of that, he listened to us deeply and thoroughly and delivered 120%. We looked at houses in one day due to his thorough scrub of properties. He mapped a full day of showings for us and we found our house that same day. We made an offer and due to his negotiation skills, we had our offer accepted in 24 hours. It was incredible. We went from casually looking for a property to buying a property in 48 hours because Leo was so focused and in tune with our needs. We will be buying more properties in the future and without a doubt Leo will be our realtor while we continue to build our property portfolio. I can rave about him all day.
