Bought two new HVAC systems, and shortly after installation, one of them has not worked properly. They blame it on a dusty air filter despite only a couple months passing and that not being sufficient to explain the erratic behavior of the unit. They call me endlessly to settle up on a service call, which we refused to pay since it was only needed due to unit not being properly installed. Now are they refusing to come out and do warranty work on the unit until that balance is paid. Terrible business.

The servicemen showed up on time and provided excellent service. They were kind and friendly. They replaced my furnace and I'm very pleased with the newly installed one. As of late, it's been working really well and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking to fix their furnace. God bless and thank you.
