Perfect experience with exemplary service, luxury room worthy of a Four Seasons, a little out of the way but what makes it beautiful.
Rooms: The room was magnificent and I wanted to highlight one person, particularly Kim at reception who was very friendly and smiling, she made us feel at ease.

My review is for the spa and new pool restaurant. I have frequented the hotel for over 15 years and the new pool is exquisite, they really outdid themselves. Unfortunately every other aspect is lacking. The pool restaurant service was nonexistent. We were one of only a few guests that day and the servers were more interested in the TV than the guests. We had to wait over 30 minutes to place an order and then when the order never came it turned out they forgot to put it in. Go check out the new pool and have a drink from the bar otherwise youll have to serve yourself.

Had the pleasure of enjoying a 90min aromatherapy massage with Mariah yesterday. Hands down the absolute BEST MASSAGE I have ever had in my life. From start to finish everything was amazing pertaining to the service. From the front desk to my service provider. However, my party and I were inconvenienced by housekeeping and not able to enjoy the rest of the amenities since our massage ended at 6:45p and they closed at 7p.
