Great customer service getting my wife a new phone today. Justin was helpful and patient when we hit a snag with Apple ID etc. he made sure to help us creatively resolve the problem.

Thursday 02/02/2023, I went to Comcast Westford MA, to avoid the terrible service on 800-comcast. It was actually worse. .
Over the course of 2 hours, the Comcast rep:
Was blatantly rude, repeatedly talking over me.
Refused to give pricing, advised me to look up pricing myself.
Refused to print out prices.
Refused to print out receipt of transactions
Repeatedly lied about my speed to get me to a more expensive plan, told me it was 800, then 900, then 800. Per Comcast it was 1000, showed her my account, and she refused to believe it.
Refused to show me written policy of needing to cancel for 3 days to obtain new mbr pricing.
Refused to allow me to petition the situation it to a manager.

Went to the store around 1040 AM on 1/30/23Blonde woman who works here is extremely rude for no reason. She should get some customer service basics training if shes working with the public. I was told my fathers address would need to be serviced and so I asked her to help with that and her response was so you want someone to come do it for you? Thats crazy but ok.what?? Im unaware of how this process works and just helping out my disabled father and doing what the previous technician had told me was required. Overall the company can use some consistency apparently get some training for consistency but her attitude needs some attention. I know working for the public can be draining as I have done it most my life but I was not anything but patient and calm so she was just nasty for no reason.
Front desk guy was super kind and great. Only reason for extra star but if she was the only person I encountered it would be one. Left to try another store.
