Let's begin with the Hospice care it lacks ... my grandmother is currently under she was recently admitted to the Hospital has Heartland/Promedica Social contact my mother no (Reesa) has the nurse (Megan) even inquired no but she ordered all her care items be picked up has she even inquired about my grandmother and how shes doing No very disappointed in their concern very sad time for elderly care with these folks their staff lacks it

They never answer the phone!!!! I’m trying to get information regarding an elderly patient and no one answers the phone. What is going on inside this facility?????

If I could give this place no stars then I would this place is horrible! My cousin had to come here for her rehabilitation after a bad accident I’ve been on the phone with her almost every day and hear the way that they talk to her and it is very very very abusive and terrible. They don’t do their job they complain about doing their job and they don’t never help her when she needs them to. They simply neglect her. They are so used to doing older people here bold. I literally sat on the phone with her multiple times asked them to do something over and over and over and no one still bothered. She begged them to wash her up and didn’t nobody wash her up for a whole day ! That’s disgusting and terrible! If you love your love ones please don’t send them here, this place needs to be inspected. YOLONDA NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED!
