As a new business owner it can be stressful not only to finance equipment but also to insure it. Trying to navigate can be difficult, but TA Swain made it simple. They took the time to educate me while providing a great service and made me feel like I was a valued client and business owner. I contacted several companies regrinding my needs and they did not have the expertise needed to get the job done. TA Swain had no issues, they are cemented in the business with the knowledge needed to get the job done!

I asked several coworkers about which insurance companies they used to get recommendations..After several inquiries another coworker approached me, told me that he had overheard my questions and simply said I should try his insurance agent and handed me the contact info. Best response and recommendation ever! Travis immediately returned my calls, presented me with very viable options and kept me apprised of everything he was doing on my behalf. I really felt "heard" whenever I spoke with him. I don't think Travis understands how much I appreciate his professionalism, compassion and even his sense of humor and I am so thankful that my friend overheard my conversation.
