My husband and I applied for an auto loan through Chris, Loan Officer in Falmouth. He was polite and knowledgeable; we received our approval in an expeditious manner AND at the best rate of any around.
We closed on our loan at the Westbrook Branch and were delighted to meet Jae, Service Specialist ll. She was friendly, organized and answered any questions we posed to her. It was a painless experience and we enjoyed a few laughs too.
We are so pleased that we chose Cumberland County Federal Credit Union and strongly suggest you give them a call too!

I use to use them as my main Banking. But the overdraft fees and limited reversals killed me.
So I started looking around, found a new bank that not only has no overdraft fees, also gives me my direct deposits 2 days early, and has 180 day no fee loans up to $1,000.
I couldn't even get them to give me a $300 personal loan at CCFCU. Old school banking is gonna go out with the Boomers.
Banks need to start getting with what the Gen-Xers and Millenials want and need.

I've been a member for over 30 years! Every interaction with the people who work there has been extremely positive. They offer great rates and are very accommodating to individual needs!

I use the ATM here which is handy and closer than my own CUs.  My only issue is you need 48" arms to reach it from your car.  It just opened in August.  Lower Main Street Westbrook.
