I had a hip replacement in March and used them . They were responsive and communicative. I just had the other hip replaced, and 2 care givers I have seen were fine, but it is time for another visit and the office doesnt know who I am. It also appears my time is not important to them. They have their care givers call the night before to give you the non-negotiable time of your visit for the next day. They are unable to schedule in advance. Never again will I use them.

Stay far away from this place!!!! My eledery father just got discharged two days ago from a long term rehab. The only reason they finally let him go home was because he would have services in place like visiting nurses. The visiting nurse was supposed to come yesterday. I ended up calling her and asking why she never showed and she said my road was too hard to get too and that we would need to find a new agency and get a new referral. It's Christmas weekend. The earliest my dad can even see his pcp for a new possible referral is 5 days from now. Both him and I were counting on having nurses check up on him and help him with medication etc but they just basically told us to go screw ourselves and now my dad is left with no help for at least a week. What they did to him is so wrong and shouldn't be allowed!!!!

I give this service a 5 star review but unfortunately one employee ruined it for me and my family. Tamara (PT) really shouldnt be working with the elderly at all. The way she spoke to my family member (in their 80s) as she will as two other family members was down right unnecessary!!! Not pleasant at all
Im glad we only had one meeting with her cause that was enough.
Very happy with how the office handled it and how Tamara was replaced quickly. The new lady that came out for PT was absolutely amazing and thats how all the employees should be when working with the elderly!!!!
Thank you Care Tenders for addressing my familys concerns in such a timely manner!!!! A big thank you goes out to Anne, Virginia, Jill and Tinsu for the care thats supposed to be given and not make my loved one feel like a failure!!! Looking forward to our on going visits
