I've dealt with many service departments at many dealers in my life and I have yet to find a better dealership than Fathers & Sons. From the moment I bought my Beetle through my first servicing they've always made me feel welcome and glad that I choose them. I have recommended them to my son-in-law - who purchased his VW there - and to others, and will continue to do so.

Just bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Tony and had a great experience. I had done a lot of price-watching and research over the past few months, and this was the best deal I've found by far. We bought a 2013 Kia Soul from Fathers and Sons about a month ago. It was a great experience! Our sales person Tim was professional and we didnt feel any pressure from him. Everything went very smooth and everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful.
The director of sales Stephen Parent went above and beyond to help us with an issue unrelated to the car sale and we couldnt be more thankful for generosity and assistance.
I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car and some great service.
My wife loves her new car also!!

Had a great experience purchasing the new car from Kia of West Springfield. We found Paul to be very friendly and thorough.
Paul and the others at Kia seemed very patient in finding us loan options. In the end, the loan and interest rate turned out better than expected.
My husband has really enjoyed driving the car. It not only drives well, but has really cool extras that we weren't expecting to afford with our budget. We negotiated a great deal for our Kia Soul Plus. The price was great, and we were also satisfied with the money offered on our trade.
Finally, Paul was very thorough and helpful when my husband was at the dealer to pick up the new car. The car was impeccable (the cleaning and extra protective treatment). He showed Fred every feature inside the car and how it worked. Also showed him how to hook up the blue tooth to his phone. We've never had this extra attention, even when purchasing a new car before. It was really nice to leave the lot and knowing the car so well already.
Great experience, great car.

Tony help me trade my 2013 kia for another 2013 when no dealership was willing to work with me. they gave me so much discount towards my new purchase; which help clean up some of the money i owe on my trade-in. Tony promise me a good deal and he is a man of his words. he has so much knowledge about car. He explain everything that i need to know, and demonstrated what he need demonstrate. my car buying experience with Tony was fantastic!!! No regrets.
