This place is under a complete renovation and actually being converted to a Marriott property. The elevators are not even working well, so the staff is forced to use the elevators that the guests are using the gym was out of service.

The hotel's entrance should have been a warning sign, but I was only staying for 10 hours before my early flight, so I hoped the rooms would be better. However, the reality was disappointing. The room smelled like mothballs, there were red stains on the sheets, and even cockroaches. This hotel is really dirty and seems more like a motel than a proper hotel. Stay at your own risk.
Rooms: Rooms were filthy, full of cockroaches.
Walkability: Near expressway
Noteworthy details: This hotel needs pest control.

Great customer service you're always greeted while you walk in the hotel, and while your leaving. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, house keeping did an awesome job. The room temperature was awesome. It was very quiet throughout the day, and especially at night. The TV in the room went out on our 2nd to last night there, and the overnight front desk personnel was quick to tell me I'll move you to another room right away. Being we only had one more night to stay we were good with staying put. Overall I'd stay there again.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The thermostat in my room was out of whack, but I found a setting to keep the room comfortable. I passed on the overpriced breakfast buffet.

After a last minute cancelled flight from FLL I decided to book this hotel for its proximity to PBI airport. I booked a king room online and upon arrival the gentleman at the front informed me only queen rooms were available. Not a huge deal, but still strange as I was able to book a king room online. Once I arrived in the room I noticed a huge cockroach in the bathroom. As someone with asthma and allergies I absolutely cannot be around roaches. I took a photo and informed the gentleman at the front and he moved me to a different room. I was hesitant on staying at this point but I checked in late at night and my flight was at 6am so I really just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. After inspecting the second room to make sure there were no friends I sat on the bed for a few minutes before taking a shower. Once I was in the shower I felt a bite from what appeared to be a flea. I look down and realized I had quite a few bug bites all over my body that were not there prior to arriving at this hotel. Once seeing this I decided it was time to leave immediately. I was in this hotel for less than an hour total. I told the man I would like a refund and that I would be staying elsewhere. (Though I am still waiting on the refund.)
The reason I write this is not to bash a business, but rather to inform potential guests so they do not have to encounter what I did at this hotel. It is extremely unsanitary and I would strongly advise you to stay elsewhere. I honestly felt bad for the people who were staying here.
