I have problems with the price-performance ratio. I paid a maximum of over $700 per night for 4 nights in a booked 2-bedroom villa. We got a 1-bedroom villa with a connecting door to a guest room. Overall, we probably get the same thing - but the 1-bedroom villa was not adequately equipped with cutlery or similar for 4 people. Our room was only cleaned once by housekeeping - we were not served twice. The numerous employees on the complex completely ignore the guests - only when the guest says hello first do you have the chance to receive a greeting. The complex is well maintained - but apart from a few pools, sun loungers, a gym, barbecue areas and a basketball hoop, it doesn't have much else to offer other than the great location right by the sea. So how does the high price justify itself in relation to the performance? Security staff is available but obviously overwhelmed! Late in the evening from Friday to Saturday, young people - obviously drunk - celebrated in the parking lot, were very loud, threw bottles and constantly had fun by honking and thus disturbing the guests' sleep. It took a very long time for hotel employees to stop it. This was our 5th stay in an MVC - and by far the one we liked the least.

Been here 2nd year in a row! SUPERB!!! Always amazing service and always very clean rooms! Lots to do for kids!

Have been here several times as an owner as well as guest. Was unable to use points for the night visiting my daughter so I booked an OCEANFRONT room paying a s a guest. Well what I paid for and what they give you do not make sense. The view is cars in a lot literally under you, the pool and bar, the water treatment building and the ac unit corral. Oh and dont try to bathe-the water is YELLOW. I was assured after being on hold for 15 minutes and calling back 3 times-by the manger Aaron Chris this is all standard in the cost of an oceanfront room.including the yellow water
