I was present for the following that my daughter Alyson Padolsky experienced! NAYA was the nurse who left me on a metal bench outside of St. Mary's Medical Center ..West Palm Beach, Fl. while I was having a seizure! When I was outside I asked where I was and what to do as I was alone and had no $. She said "I need the wheelchair and you can sit on the ground"! The kitchen never gave me food and Inever received any water! My prescription meds were never given to me. I have asthma, Crohn's, endometriosos,migraines,large kidney stones, and Gerd! I contacted my PCP and he said "You can't stop taking these meds abruptly". I was admitted because of seizures and very low potassium. The seizure began in the room She took off the monitors, IV and told me to get dressed! I never signed anything! I was in the middle of a seizure! I just don't understand or know why NAYA took it upon herself to disconnect the heart monitors, IV and wheel me outside to a metal bench!
We have obtained a lawyer and will proceed through the legal system. This place should be shut down by the authorities. The reviews alone are scary! I hope the media will take my story and get justice for the many who have been abused here!

My mother was in the ER trauma center ! Worst experience of her life as well as her caregivers !!
Short staffed , waited 19 hrs before she was placed in a room ! Doctors are never around nor nurses!! Will never set foot in this hospital !!
Just horrible !!!!

Seems we are not alone in our disappointing experience at St. Mary's Medical Center. My wife went here last night due to being side swipped by an intoxicated driver after she confronted him for rear ending her car. She was in extreme pain and needed to be looked at to make sure there was no internal damage. She came into the ER at 5:30PM and wasn't seen or checked on until we decide to leave the ER at 11:30PM. 6 hours in the ER in pain and not a lick of care or sympathy from the ER Staff. The PA (physician assistant) was rude and didn't show care for a patient in pain. We are floored by this experience.

Worst hospital ever went to be assessed post car accident with all airbag deployment burns and from the airbags and poss l.o.c .
Only time my vitals were taken was in triage, sat in a bay without being reassessed or placed on bed side monitoring .No Nuero check . No reassessment after being given medications.
No CT done. The charge nurse was crass and smug. Being a ER nurse myself I pride myself in making sure I am attentive to my patients .
I was treated as if I was bothersome by asking what my plan of care is and a possible timeframe .
And to think we medivac pts here is scary.
I will never bring a loved one or myself here.
